BARKADA KONTRA BISYO

According to the Dangerous Drugs Board, the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Program, now known as Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), was conceptualized in 2004 and officially institutionalized in 2007 through Board Regulation No. 5, Series of 2007. The program's overarching goal is to promote people empowerment by encouraging individuals to lead healthy, drug-free, and productive lives. BKB aims to empower individuals to take an active role within their peer groups by promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle through participation in positive and meaningful activities.
