Bold AURA: It's Time for a New Era
The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Maliwalo National High School, under the leadership of President Argus Dave M. Cadiang, is ushering in a new era — an era of transformation, empowerment, and progressivity. This administration is committed to establishing a leadership that is visionary, fearless, and resolute, embracing a bold aura that sparks meaningful change in the student community. With a firm dedication to student leadership with integrity, nobility and service, this term aims to strengthen student leadership, inspire action, and cultivate a school culture where every learner stands driven, dignified, and determined.
At the heart of this administration’s initiatives is ONE Maliwalonian, a project line dedicated to aligning student-led efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This initiative seeks to empower students to become active participants in addressing environmental, social, and health-related challenges within the school and local community. Major collaborations with Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) and Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) will serve as foundational pillars in making this vision a reality.
Through Barkada Kontra Bisyo, the SSLG will lead efforts to promote student wellness, combat harmful vices, and encourage healthy lifestyles that protect the youth from destructive habits. Meanwhile, YES-O will strengthen environmental advocacy, encouraging students to take part in eco-friendly initiatives, sustainability programs, and climate action projects.
Under ONE Maliwalonian, students will have a platform to contribute to meaningful change — to lead, serve, and influence their fellow youth towards a brighter, more responsible, and sustainable future. This administration envisions a unified, proactive student body, standing together in pursuit of progress, proving that leadership is not just about holding a position — it is about sparking impact, empowering others, and leading with purpose.
