BKB, institutionalized through DepEd Order No. 200, s. 2016, is a preventive education program that promotes a drug-free and responsible lifestyle, encouraging students to engage in positive activities and avoid harmful vices. These organizations provide students with opportunities to lead, collaborate, and implement meaningful projects that align with national and global initiatives. Over the years, both YES-O and BKB have contributed to various school and community programs, reinforcing their importance in shaping responsible and proactive student leaders. As the only DepEd-recognized organizations, they continue to uphold their mission of fostering environmental consciousness, social responsibility, and student-driven change
