2. Review and Submission
   Double-check your responses to ensure accuracy, then submit the form.

3. Review Process by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government
   The office of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government will review your registration for further document processing and validation purposes.

4. Approval Notification
   Once your application is approved, you will receive a copy of your registration form.

5. Official Recognition
   Your club is now officially recognized by Maliwalo National High School, allowing you to conduct activities within the school community.
